Two of My Favorite Smoothie Recipes!

Organic Banana Smoothie

1 1/2 cups organic almond milk
1 organic banana
1/2 cup organic baby spinach
1/2 cup coconut water

Blend together until smooth!!

Organic Mango Smoothie

1-2 organic sweet, ripe mangoes (depending on size)
1/2- 3/4 cup of organic coconut yogurt
Pinch of organic cardamom
Pinch of organic palm coconut sugar or 1 teaspoon of Manuka honey
Splash of rose water, to taste (it’s very potent!)

OPTIONAL: 1/2-3/4 cup liquid of your choice- soy milk, coconut water, etc to make it more drinkable!

  1. Peel and pit the mangoes
  2. Place mango, yogurt, cardamom, sugar or honey, and rose water in blender
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Check for desired consistency and flavor
